Bell Mirage Estates
Bell Mirage Estates, located at south-east corner of intersection between Bola Drive and Greasewood road, Surprise, Arizona. This is a two story multi-family residential apartment with parking facilities. 60 units multi-family apartment community that includes amenities such as a play area, restroom facilities, a barbecue area and substantial open spaces. Side walk is provided throughout the community to encourage community interaction. Modern architectural styles are achieved by providing metal railing at balcony, metal window shade and varied roof planes. Building is painted with harmonious color schemes.
My role: preparation of drawing set for design review and building permit.

INDIGO CONDOMINIUMS
Indigo Condominiums, located at north-west corner of intersection between Frye Road and 50th Street, Phoenix, Arizona. This is a two story multi-family residential condominiums with attached parking garage. 108 units multi-family condominium community that includes amenities such as a pool, spa, play area, restroom facilities, a barbecue area and substantial open spaces. Meandering side- walk is provided throughout the community to encourage community interaction.
South western architectural styles are achieved by providing decorative railing at balcony, window and door pop-out, decorative turrets and varied roof planes. Building is painted with harmonious color schemes.
My role: preparation of drawing set for design review and building permit.

X-(TEN ) LOFTS
X- (Ten) Lofts, located at north-west corner of intersection between Scottsdale Road and Osborn Road, Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a three story multi-family residential condominiums with attached underground parking garage. 82 units multi-family condominium community that includes amenities such as elevators, pool, spa, club house, fitness center, barbecue area and a substantial interior courtyard. Continuous loop of balcony is provided around interior courtyard at each level to maintain interaction between units and outdoor.   Modern architectural styles are achieved by providing metal railing at balcony, window and door pop-out, prominent entry way with flying roof style and varied roof planes. Building is built with founder finish masonry block in harmonious color schemes.
My role: preparation of drawing set for design review and building permit.

CRESCENT FALLS AT FULTON RANCH
Crescent falls at Fulton Ranch,  located at Fulton ranch boulevard, Chandler, Arizona. 90 units single family town homes with amenities such as clubhouse, pools and open spaces.   Architectural styles are achieved by providing Spanish colonial southwestern architectural style with window and door pop-out, decorative entry way and decorative fascia. Building is built with stucco and stone finishes over wood framing with harmonious color schemes.
My role: preparation of drawing set for building permit.

THE RESIDENCES AT CHANDLER PAVILIONS
The Residences at Chandler Pavilions, located at north-west corner of W. Harrison St. 56th Ave., This project is un-built project. The project consists of 7 residential building containing 94 units. Each building is C shaped layout containing centralized motor court. Amenities include centralized swimming pool, fitness center. Architectural style is southwestern style. Building is to be built with wood construction and stucco finish.
My role: preparation of drawing set for building permit.

APARTMENTS AT CENTRAL AND BELL AVE.,
Apartments at Central & Bell Ave, located at north-west corner of intersection between Central and Bell Road, Phoenix, Arizona. 228 units apartments comprising of one and two bedroom units with parking garages and covered carports. It includes amenities such as club house, fitness center, and barbecue area.   Architectural styles are achieved by providing southwestern architectural style with window and door pop-out, decorative entry way. Building is built with stucco finish over wood framing with harmonious color schemes.
My role: preparation of drawing set for design review and building permit.

SENIOR APARTMENTS @ 91st Ave. and Thunerbird
Entry and club house
Senior Apartments at 91st Ave., and Thunderbird, located at south-east corner of 91st Ave and Thunderbird, Peoria, AZ. This project is un-built project. The project consists of 212 dueling units on 9 acres of land area. Project will have amenities including clubhouse, swimming pools, theater, dinning, fitness center and library. Architectural style is southwestern style. Building is to be built with masonry and wood construction. Exterior finish materials to be stucco and masonry veneer.
My role: preparation of drawing set for design review.

ARROWHEAD RANCH OFFICE PARK
Arrowhead Ranch office Park,  located at 78th Ave., and Deer Valley Rd, Peoria, Arizona. This is typical of ten office building having around 7000 sf having parking facilities on eight acres site area. Buildings are built with stucco and masonry veneer over cmu block wall. Architectural style is south western style.
My role: preparation of drawing set for design review and building permit.

RANCHO SANTA FE
Rancho Santa Fe, Avondale, Arizona. Located at 13065 W. McDowell road. This project includes 4 buildings total of 90,000 sf. One story medical office buildings are built with cmu block wall and finished with stucco and masonry veneer.

DESERT SKY PALMS SHOPPING CENTER
Desert Sky Palms Shopping Center, located at 7620 W. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, Arizona. It includes 99 cents stores, Big 5 sporting goods and office spaces. Buildings are constructed with unit masonry wall with stucco and masonry veneer finish.
My role: preparation of drawing set for design review and building permit.

Molla, Principal and founder of NRM Architectural Impression, LLC. is a registered architect with over 20 years of combined education and experience in architecture.  She holds excellent proficiency in design, coordination and management in architectural practice.  She has strengthen the foundation of become a professional architect by providing services in various firms in Arizona.  She is a LEED Accredited professional.  Throughout the years she has been maintaining continuing education to expand knowledge in architecture and related fields.  Her completed projects always have proven a successful result for property owners, builders and developers.

Worked as a Consultant for various projects including multifamily housing, student housing, parking garage in medium to large size. Responsibilities:  preparation of construction documents that include AutoCAD drafting, detailing and COORDINATION for city's approval.

·         TODD & ASSOCIATES, Inc.  Phoenix, Arizona (01/2004 to 11/2008).

Worked as a JOB CAPTAIN in large size multifamily housing projects.  Average project construction cost:  15 million dollars.  Average project size of buildings:  300,000 sq. ft.

Responsibilities:  preparation of drawing set that includes drafting, detailing and COORDINATION between architectural and engineers drawing; building, zoning, accessibility code compliance; energy code compliance, city comments review and responses; in house construction administrations.
